Quicken Loans Arena introduces SmartTouch technology in suites

SmartTouch allows suite patrons to order F&B, merchandise and more with iPads.
Article Synopsis:
“The Q”, home of the Cleveland Cavaliers and AHL Lake Erie Monsters, along with F&B provider ARAMARK, has introduced SmartTouch technology into the arena's 92 luxury suites. SmartTouch allows patrons to use iPads to order food and purchase merchandise and tickets in their suites in real-time. Additionally, suite holders can view the arena’s event calendar, view scores and stats in real-time, and obtain information about the arena as well as area businesses via SmartTouch’s concierge tab.
“The Q” is the first facility to use SmartTouch technology, which is developed by New York-based Incentient. Its plug-and-play technology also allows for easy data mining and informs the Cavaliers, Monsters and ARAMARK what information guests are viewing most and which offerings are selling best.
