Fans want greater control of their gameday experiences and expect a curated, 360-degree approach. Research confirms that fans want to order via mobile devices with in-seat delivery or pick-up locations. Self-service kiosks and grab-and-go marketplaces are growing in popularity. And traditional restaurants and concession stands remain top of mind for a large portion of the population. Supporting multiple service styles and infinitely expanding fan journeys can be a challenge.
