Ms. Massa brings 20 years of experience in the professional and college sports facility industry. She consults on all aspects of premium seating service and specializes in the start-up of the premium seating departments of professional sports facilities, as well as working with corporate premium seat holders to maximize their investment.
As an executive member of the Phillips Arena opening team, Ms. Massa created and directed the Premium Seating Department for Philips Arena/Atlanta Hawks/Atlanta Thrashers from 1999 through 2009.
Prior to relocating to Atlanta, she served as Director of Suite Sales and Service for the Tampa Bay Lightning in 1998 after serving as Premium Seat Director at the Bridgestone Arena, home of the Nashville Predators, from 1996 through 1998.
Debbie currently works as a member of the Venue Solutions Group Operations Evaluation and Analysis Group Benchmarking Team, working with the NFL, NBA and MLB. Also with Venue Solutions Group she worked with the start-up team for the $485M Texas A&M renovation in 2015 and the 2018 opening of the LA Football Club MLS stadium.
She served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Luxury Suite Directors for six years.
