Jaimie Leonoff joined the New York Islanders in 2016, serving as a data analyst for Hockey Operations. In 2017, she transitioned to the team’s business operations with a primary focus on strategy, technology and innovation. In her role, she developed the technology stack for the team’s new venue, UBS Arena, and lead key strategic projects related to fan experience, esports and data analytics.
