Mike is currently the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Marketing at Stage Front, responsible for ticket, marketing, and media partnerships. Mike also oversees operations for www.stagefronttickets.com, including inventory management, process, and digital marketing efforts. Prior to joining Stage Front, Mike held executive roles at ticket marketplaces SuiteHop and TicketCity, where his overall responsibilities included business development and customer service, CRM and data strategic visions, vendor (ticketing) relationships, order processing, and global PR. Mike got his start in the ticketing industry working for the Pittsburgh Penguins in premium seating and was an early adopter of data initiatives digital marketing, and pricing strategy. He continued the premium seating path overseeing a complete restructuring of operations at American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX. This included staffing, marketing rebranding, data implementation, and culture initiatives. Mike previously sat on the ALSD Board of Directors and was a voting member of the Human Resources Board at American Airlines Center setting company-widepolicy. He currently lives in Portland, ME, with his wife Jacqui and two sons, Grayden and Walker.
