Minor League Baseball has made Tickets.com its official ticketing provider, marking the first time all participating clubs will have access to a universal ticketing technology and customer experience data.
As part of a new long-term partnership, MiLB will have access to Tickets.com’s ProVenue platform. The technology platform is a full-service, integrated e-commerce solution for clubs to sell tickets under the client’s own brand. It includes the MyProVenue web application, which streamlines everything from buying tickets to managing account preferences.
Tickets.com’s technology infrastructure enables widespread integration for crossover marketing and promotional opportunities. It will also provide interactive seat maps, ballpark pass subscription ticketing, ticket forwarding, Apple Wallet, and the email marketing tool CrowdConnect.
