Two NBA championships in the past three years have given the Golden State Warriors organization a tremendous amount of leverage as it begins to sell premium inventory in the new $1 billion Chase Center, scheduled to open in San Francisco in 2019.
Eight of the Warriors’ version of bunker suites (courtside lounges) are priced at $2.25 million annually. An additional 24 of these products are priced at $1.3 million per year. Mid-level suites are $1 million a year, and 60 theater boxes range from $350,000 to $525,000 per year.
About half of the courtside lounges at Chase Center have already been sold on 10- to 15-year lease deals. The high-end premium products are located on the event level beneath the seating bowl with no views to the court, but come with 16 tickets in the first ten rows for all Warriors games (including playoffs) and all other events in the arena. F&B, parking, and access to a common wine vault are all included as well.
