Join industry thought leader Disney Institute at ALSD 2018 for an All-Attendee Workshop entitled “Culture – The Incredible Client and Employee Differentiator."

This session is designed for all sales, service, and F&B professionals. A team panel will present case histories and anecdotes on organizational culture differentiators, proving that brands are defined by their level of service.
