Managing Suite Inventory with Multiple Tenants


I would like to find out how other venues manage their private suite inventory, particularly if there is anyone who has multiple tenants that use the facility concurrently.  

We use a fantastic web-based program called Boxseat to help us manage  our 139 suites. We have 150 suite owners and sell our suites for 100%, 75%, 50%, 33%, and 25% shares, so I could not imagine having to use a spreadsheet to track our hockey/concert inventory.
