Amanda Caldwell is the Executive Director of Venue Operations at Kroenke Sports and Entertainment in Denver, Colorado. She has been with KSE for 23 years.

Amanda began her career in entertainment inadvertently at the age of 16, working part-time at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. She continued this job until she graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2001. After graduation, Amanda joined KSE in September of the same year, starting as a ticket seller at the Box Office window. Over the years, she has been a part of numerous highlights at KSE, including the 2005 NBA All-Star Game, the opening of Dicks Sporting Goods Park in 2007, and the 2008 Democratic National Convention.

Amanda's journey with KSE has seen her grow from a Window Ticket Seller to Executive Director. She has been involved in significant events such as transitioning food and beverage providers in 2019 to Legends Hospitality and witnessing five professional sports championships, including the Colorado Mammoth NLL titles in 2005 and 2022, the Colorado Rapids MLS win in 2010, the Colorado Avalanche Stanley Cup win in 2022, and the Denver Nuggets NBA Championship in 2023.

In her current position, Amanda oversees event operations for both public and private events at Ball Arena. She also manages the day-to-day vendor partner relationship with Legends Hospitality at Ball Arena, Dicks Sporting Goods Park, and Paramount Theater.

Amanda's greatest accomplishments lie in the teams she leads at KSE and the lifelong relationships she has built with colleagues and industry professionals. She has had the opportunity to work in various roles and be a part of diverse events, which has contributed to her growth, presented challenges, and created unforgettable moments. Amanda takes pride in her progression from a humble concession worker to Executive Director and cherishes the memories and friends she has collected along the way.
