Preparing to enter her 17 season within the sports and entertainment industry, Brianna serves as the Manager of Premium Services. Starting in 2008 with the Chicago Bulls in their Finance and Legal department as a Finance and Legal Assistant, she transitioned to the arena side supporting the Premium Seating department at the United Center nearly two years later. Since, she has championed various positions within the department focusing on sales, service, and operations. Currently, Brianna’s primary responsibility is centered around supporting a team dedicated to high-end service and member retention, working daily with C-Level Executives. In addition, she assists with company-wide initiatives that impact diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) - along with uplifting their growing ELEVATE program that is essential to the overall team member and guest experience. Brianna is a Chicago native who attributes her personal and professional successes to many things – but above all, faith, family and friends are her foundation. She is a graduate of Fisk University (HBCU - Nashville, TN) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
