Carmen obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Decision Sciences with a concentration in Internal Audit, as well as a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Internal Audit, from Louisiana State University.
 
With a diverse background in Operations, Information Security, Technology, and Internal Audit, Carmen began his career in 2003 at Protiviti Consulting in Houston, Texas, where he honed his skills. Subsequently, he transitioned to Deloitte's Enterprise Risk Services practice in Kansas City, where he specialized in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and worked with high-profile clients.
 
Following his tenure at Deloitte, Carmen held the position of Internal Audit Manager at DST Systems, and Managed the CMS Program Office products for Argus Health Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary for DST Systems from 2008 to 2014. In 2014, Carmen took a position as Vice President, Director of Internal Audit at National Advisors Trust Company, and from 2016 through 2018 oversaw Operations and Information Technology.
 
Joining Ticket Boat in 2018 as the Chief Operating Officer, Carmen brought with him a wealth of experience, particularly in working with professional and collegiate sports teams. In his current role, he supervises Inventory and Fulfillment teams, Client Relationships, Business Development initiatives, and sets the strategic direction for the Ticket Boat organization. Carmen's responsibilities include ensuring operational excellence, overseeing the accuracy of transactions, and monitoring internal controls to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
 
Carmen resides in Kansas City with his wife and three daughters.
