Costa Kladianos currently serves as the executive vice president of technology for the San Francisco 49ers. In his role, he oversees all technology functions for the team and Levi’s Stadium. With over 20 years of experience in technology focusing on sports business, Kladianos has challenged conventional thinking using technology to engage fans, generate revenue and create champions through a 3-pillar approach of foundation and capacity building, data driven decision making and innovation/disruption. He believes that technology can truly drive value and enable strategy when closely integrated into an organization as a business partner.
Prior to joining the 49ers, Kladianos served as vice president of innovation & technology at Canlan Sports and has also held technology leadership roles at Tennis Canada, The Canadian Football League, and Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment.
