Devin McDaniel is a Senior Analyst of Strategy & Analytics at E15 Group (Levy), where he spearheads the delivery of analytics and insights to operators and partners to set the strategy and focus of analytics insights across hospitality initiatives. Keeping the guest experience top of mind, Devin has helped develop and deploy optimal pricing, product, placement, and promotion strategies for concessions and premium points of distribution. He has been a project manager for key initiatives, including frictionless technology rollouts and season ticket holder discounts. Locally at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Devin has helped open 4 Zippin markets and keeps an eye on all emerging tech to continue to enhance the guest experience within the arena.
Devin currently lives in Greenwood, IN with his wife and 2-year old son.
