As SAVOR’s Vice President of Culinary, based at Chicago’s McCormick Place, Doug Bradley has created a model for SAVOR accounts globally, emphasizing biodiversity in McCormick’s Rooftop Garden, increasing waste diversion across the foodservice operation, and maximizing integration into local communities. Prior, he has had more than 25 years developing operationally effective sustainability and culinary programs for large foodservice operations in the United States, China and the United Kingdom, including National Parks, the 2008 Beijing and 2012 London Games and McCormick Place Convention Center.
