Fenway Park

Last season at Fenway Park, the Boston Red Sox upgraded their suite technology for suite holders who renewed their agreements in 2017. The upgrade included the installation of a new Crestron touch-panel control system for all in-suite audio-visual technology.

The Red Sox upgraded all three televisions in the suite – a 65-inch LG 4k main screen, a 43-inch LG HDTV outdoor screen, and a 28-inch HDTV in the bathroom. Old computers were also replaced with tabletop-mounted iPads, which have a blackout-free version of MLB AT Bat installed, along with games to entertain children that may not be completely interested in watching baseball.

New Elo 15-inch touch-panel tablets from Bypass were also installed for concessions ordering, as were HDMI wall jacks and audio jacks in the suite for customers that would like to do presentations before or during the game, or for customers that would like to plug in an external audio source to play music.

Lastly, the Red Sox customized the Shoretel touchscreen telephones in suites to include corporate logos and signage in the background, along with the batting lineup for the day as a button on the phone.
