Jerrett Burke recently joined the NHL as Director of Club Ticketing and Premium Seating. He serves as the central contact for the 32 NHL Clubs, and collaborates with each ticketing leader on Ticket Sales, Service & Retention, Group Sales and Premium. While working with each Club, Jerrett can identify, evaluate, and organize industry and NHL best practices on membership structure, assessment of product mix, sales initiatives, and optimal staff structure.
Prior to his start with the League office, Jerrett spent over 15 years on the team side working in hyper-competitive destination sports markets in the NFL, NBA, and NHL. His former career opportunities included time in Miami, Tampa, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles; now Jerrett calls New York home.
