Lauren currently manages the Signature Services Membership Service team for Mercedes-Benz Stadium, home of the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons, and MLS’s Atlanta United. Prior to joining Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Lauren was the Executive Services Manager for the Georgia Dome, previous home of the Atlanta Falcons. Lauren has over 20 years of professional experience in client service, guest relations and facility operations. Past projects include: opening team, Mercedes-Benz Stadium; Premium Seating consulting team, LASED, Premium Seating consulting team, USC; opening team, College Football Hall of Fame; Premium Seating consulting team, 12th Man Foundation at Texas A&M during the redevelopment of Kyle Field; Philips Arena Premium Seating team; The Florida State University Sesquicentennial Celebration team; opening team, Centre Suites at the Tallahassee-Leon County Civic Center. Lauren serves on the Association of Luxury Suite Directors (ALSD) Board and is an emeritus Board of Directors member of the Atlanta Chapter of Women in Sports and Events (WISE). Lauren is an alum of The Florida State University, and lives in Atlanta, Georgia’s Grant Park neighborhood with her husband, Greg, and Golden Doodle, Oscar Bowden.
