Matt joined the AEG team way back in January 2007, six months before The O2 opened its doors and this year celebrated 15 years with the company. He has continued to develop the premium seating strategy at the world’s most popular music, entertainment and leisure venue, with responsibility for Encore Seat membership sales, corporate suites and more recently, the introduction of event by event products. Matt oversees the end-to-end premium experience including event delivery, service, account management as well as new product development and revenue and growth targets.
Matt has guided the division through the COVID-19 lockdowns and, as the recovery continues through 2022, has rebuilt the team ready to deliver commercial targets, introduce new season ticket style products, and continue to grow the Premium Seating business at The O2.
Previous to joining AEG and The O2, Matt has worked at other iconic venues including Twickenham Stadium, Wembley arena and the original Wembley Stadium.
