As the Senior Vice President of Wireless Solutions at Boldyn Networks, Monnie leads the vertical strategy, partnership management, and scalability efforts for the entire Business Development organization. Her primary focus is on driving growth in the sports and entertainment sector, delivering top-tier wireless solutions to stadiums, arenas, and venues. Monnie is instrumental in expanding relationships and opportunities within professional sports portfolios, including the NBA, NFL, NHL, and MLS. Under her guidance, Boldyn has made significant strides in enhancing its cutting-edge 5G network, Wi-Fi, and Private Network solutions across various professional sports and entertainment venues nationwide.

Monnie brings a wealth of industry expertise to her role. Before joining Boldyn Networks, she served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at ExteNet Systems, where she led all commercial business development. Prior to ExteNet, Monnie was the President of 5 Bars/XG Communities, where she played a pivotal role transforming it into a multimillion-dollar telecom engineering and construction company overseeing the deployment of hundreds of 5G small cells, which led to the firm’s sale.  Monnie's telecom management career began at Sprint, where she ultimately managed a $4.3 billion line of business encompassing wireless and wireline technologies. Her experience extends to delivering telecom solutions in the Sports & Entertainment and Commercial Office verticals, as well as collaborating with jurisdictions to engineer and deploy Small Cells, Distributed Antenna Networks, and Wi-Fi solutions.

Monnie is a California native and holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach.
