Nick Daly started his career in the sports industry as Corporate Hospitality Intern for the Washington Commanders in May of 2011. In December of that same year, Nick was hired as a Business Development Coordinator for the Washington Commanders. Understanding that customer service was more his passion, Nick quickly elevated through the suite service department, going from Manager, Client Services and Business Operations, to Director of Client Services, and finally overseeing the Suite Service and Retention team as Senior Director, Suite Sales and Service during the final three years of his time with the organization. Overseeing the service and activation for some of the team’s largest corporate partners, Nick was responsible for developing and fostering meaningful relationships with executives across the DMV.
At the conclusion of his 9th season with the Washington Commanders organization, Nick was recruited by a client to work in the non-profit space as the Director of Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships for the Inova Health Foundation, managing a portfolio of six and seven figure donors and corporate partners during the COVID-19 pandemic. Getting back into sports and entertainment was always the goal, and Nick was recruited and hired as the Senior Director, Suite Service and Operations for Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) in June of 2022 where he manages the suite service team for Capital One Arena’s one hundred plus Executive Suites and other high-end club spaces.
Nick graduated from the James Madison University in 2011 majoring in Sports Business.
