During these unprecedented times we all experienced something that we never did before professionally, personally, and mentally. Shortly after the shut down in our city we thought it would only last a few days, maybe weeks. We never thought it would last several months, maybe even a year. As we continued our business as usual and communicate to our clients with any updates. The updates became a trend of postponed shows, cancellations, refunds, etc. We knew we needed to bring some goodness during these uncertain times.
With tremendous help from our partner's, Levy Restaurants we put together a picnic basket for 4th of July. We prepared two packages, depending on the client's investment level. The items included is attached, we treated this like any premium event we would host. Save the dates were sent out, shortly after an RSVP so we can gauge how many we needed to prepare, then phone calls were made for those that have not responded.
As expected, some of our clients were going on family road trips and visiting family. Nonetheless, the feedback was heartfelt and appreciated. We extended the picnic baskets to their staff or family members they were unable to make it. We instructed our clients to pick-up at the VIP porte-cochere, where we personally greeted them with our TMA branded face masks and dropped off the picnic baskets in their trunk. This also, gave us the opportunity to catch up, see part of their faces safely while they were in their cars.
Every client we spoke to was thankful and gave them a much needed break from their quarantined at home. It allowed them to get out of their homes in a safe environment, connect with our Premium Staff, and a create a sense of normalcy during these unprecedented times. Strengthening our relationship that allowed us to establish a different type of bond that we were all in this together. We look forward to future opportunities to do more outreaches for our Premium Members and our community.
