Allison Schuller

Lance Tyson – As Founder and CEO of Tyson Group, a Selling Power Top Sales Training Company, and with more than 30 years of experience, my mission is to coach sales leaders in every industry to run and win the complex sale.

My passion is developing sales professionals so they can take their organizations and careers to the next level. Using an innovative approach to team development – Assess, Design, Train, Coach – we develop a tailored playbook that aligns talent, marketplace, and management to create a training process that delivers long-term, impressive results. Developing entire sales forces and advising on the installation of sales methodology for premier organizations nationwide is what I’ve focused my firm on and that wins us industry recognition year after year.

Allison Schuller – After working on every project in the company, Allison worked her way up from inside sales, to business development specialist. Along the way, she honored her love of training and became a highly sought-after instructor.

As the VP of Training and Strategy, Allison focuses on scaling the business by developing a new department of professional instructors, helping them to build and diversify their own skills, and matching their talents with the needs of Tyson Group’s client base.

Specific Training Options:

Away-Game Selling – Too many training programs focus heavily on individual tactics. You begin to develop a habit of ‘If this, then that’, so you teach your team what to say, and when to say it. However, if your salesperson doesn’t have a handle on the strategy in general, tactics won’t be effective. It is critical to consider the skillset of the team and mindset of the buyer in the training process.

Sales Leadership and Management – Are you a manager or a leader? Do you know the difference? Strong leaders can motivate people to follow them by developing and strengthening leadership and communication skills. Through our training, your team will learn to navigate the differences between leading and managing a team. Hands-on exercises will provide insight into their roles in the organization and how it influences their team.

Persuasive Presentation Skills – Most people don’t associate being a good presenter with being a good salesperson. But strong presentation skills are a foundational skill for salespeople, or any person in your organization. In the Persuasive Presentation Skills boot camp, participants will give multiple presentations on the spot and receive immediate coaching and feedback. The goal is to allow participants to present themselves as a credible source and persuade others to buy into their ideas, whether it’s a sale or a crucial topic for the business. Each presentation will focus on various skills including personal motivational techniques, presence, body language, and building rapport with hands-on activities.

Negotiate Like a Pro – Regardless of a person’s role in a company, they often find themselves in a situation that requires negotiation on behalf of their department, their team, or their company. For a salesperson, level-headed negotiations are a key to success. In this training, participants will learn how negotiating is different from resolving an objection and gain a unique set of skills to navigate any negotiation. Our instructors will provide your sales team with the strategies and tactics to negotiate successfully.

Coaching Services – Learning and growing doesn’t stop once the participants leave the training room. We provide post training coaching services for leaders and sales teams on mutually identified set of goals in order to improve their professional performance and personal satisfaction. These goals may be concepts identified during the training and larger goals determined by your leadership team.
