University of Dayton Arena

During the recently completed $76 million renovation of UD Arena, platforms were added in each of the four corners of the lower bowl to repurpose existing office and storage space into Terrace Suites. Each suite features an elevated terrace with seating for 12 people that looks out over the Lower Arena, putting fans right on top of the action, along with a connected private lounge space. The view is what makes these suites so unique, they have been described by some fans as giving the feeling of sitting right on the backboard, putting fans right in the heart of the bowl.
