About Richard Andersen:
Richard Andersen is passionate about maximizing human potential. Richard draws upon 35-plus years of experience in professional sports, venues, and hospitality management to design and facilitate leading-edge training and development programs that deliver those “aha moments”. His clients include major sport and entertainment organizations, professional sports teams, and frontline staff of premier venues around the world.
Richard was Executive Vice President of the San Diego Padres and General Manager of PETCO Park and President and CEO of Joe Robbie Stadium (now Hard Rock Stadium), where he was on the board of the Super Bowl XXIX Host Committee. He served as President and CEO of Northlands, one of the world’s largest multi-purpose entertainment and meeting complexes and as President and CEO of Seafair, the premier festival management organization in the Pacific Northwest. He was also 2012 Chair of the Board of the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM).
